Had a chance to meet up with a friend from The ATL yesterday. Went to Miller & Lux in #SF (he was there for a conf, we drove a considerable distance) for dinner. Easily the fanciest place I've ever eaten. Glad I wasn't paying 🤣 It was an amazing meal tho. Even had a quick table visit from the chef, Tyler Florence. While I'm more a fan of Alton Brown, it was still a cool moment of …

A "mango", this dessert is a white chocolate shell, colored to look exactly like said fruit. It's filled with a mango compote and various other mango infused things of which I forget the exact particulars now, lol.
This dessert is essentially a key lime tart. A crunchy bottom shell filled with a creamy key lime sauce. A key lime infused meringue sits above the tart shell, stylized with gradually smaller concentric rings from bottom to top. It is garnished with lime zest and gold leaf at the very top, of course.
Here we have a "cherry". Same as the "mango" this is a white chocolate shell made to look like a very large red cherry, with a green stem. It sits on a chocolate .. well cookie base, essentially, with bits of toffee crumble on it (I think, I had the mango so I can't recall everything that was on this one). It's filled with a cherry compote and various other creamy cherry infused things.

It’s possible that Francis Ford Coppola is having some LLM handle his media correspondence … but this one scene looks as nice as you would imagine.
“What it’s about is far harder to quantify: writing to Vanity Fair, the director cited H.G. Wells, the September 11 attacks, and a 63 BC battle between Roman politician Cicero and an insurrectionist named Catiline.”

Abstract: We report on a search for a resonance $X$ decaying to a pair of muons in $e^{ }e^{-}\rightarrow \mu^ \mu^- X$ events in the 0.212-9.000 GeV/$c^{2}$ mass range, using 178 fb$^{-1}$ of data collected by the BelleII experiment at the SuperKEKB collider at a center of mass energy of 10.58 GeV. The analysis probes two different models of $X$ beyond the standard model: a $Z^{\prime}$ vector boson in the $L_{\mu}-L_{\tau}$ model and a muonphilic scalar. We observe no evidence for a signal and set exclusion limits at the 90\% confidence level on the products of cross section and branching fraction for these processes, ranging from 0.046 fb to 0.97 fb for the $L_{\mu}-L_{\tau}$ model and from 0.055 fb to 1.3 fb for the muonphilic scalar model. For masses below 6 GeV/$c^{2}$, the corresponding constraints on the couplings of these processes to the standard model range from 0.0008 to 0.039 for the $L_{\mu}-L_{\tau}$ model and from 0.0018 to 0.040 for the muonphilic scalar model. These are the first constraints on the muonphilic scalar from a dedicated search.
